Fergal Smith

Fergal is the farm director and manager of Moyhill Farm, specialising in horticulture.  Influenced by growing up on his parents organic market garden outside Westport in Co. Mayo, Fergal now runs a 100 acre mixed regenerative farm, with a market garden, 700 laying hens and a small dexter herd.

Using holistic management and he is hugely passionate about KNF (Korean Natural Farming) and introducing this beneficial biology to the farm’s soil.
