About Andy Rumming

Andy Rumming farms with his family in North Wiltshire, where they’ve transformed two small conventional beef farms into a thriving, regenerative enterprise. Now home to 90 cross-bred beef cattle certified Pasture for Life, 500 turkeys, and a host of value-added ventures, the farm is built around a simple philosophy: work with nature, add value to every part of the animal, and stay close to the customer.

From their on-farm, state-of-the-art butchery and leather studio to a seasonal pop-up shop and workshop space, Andy and his family have taken full control of the supply chain, avoiding the race to the bottom and focusing instead on quality, creativity, and connection. At Fields Good, Andy will share both the wins and the hard lessons from their journey, including how they shifted from conventional farming to something more resilient, profitable and fun.
