Beth Bell

Beth Bell works with the Food Ethics Council, a UK wide charity which nurtures fair, resilient food systems by advocating for ethics in decision making and connecting people with their power to make change. She is a co-founder of Carrick Greengrocers and co-chairs the Belfast Sustainable Food Partnership. 

Beth will chair a panel discussion featuring Carrick Greengrocers, Source Grow, Chris Dobbs and Cooperative Alternatives,  discussing ways to make local food systems truly regenerative. Exploring how alternative economic models like community ownership and cooperatives can reconnect communities with food and food systems, offering genuine alternatives to supermarkets and providing fair, sustainable routes to market to small farms and market gardens.
