About Bronagh Dempster

Bronagh finished her degree in agriculture with a passion for sustainable farming. This is reflected in her current role as Sustainability Project Manager at Leprino, working with dairy farmers across Northern Ireland and Wales to find opportunities for sustainable practices within their business. Her particular interests lie in finding efficiencies and improving soil health. Alongside her career, Bronagh also works part time on a dairy farm and has started her own herd of beef cattle. Her determination led her be granted a Nuffield Next Gen scholarship in 2024, where she travelled the UK visiting some of the most innovative and well-managed dairy farms in the country.  

At Fields Good, Bronagh will be participating in the panel discussion, “Slurry Solutions that Prevent Nutrient Loss to Watercourses”.
