About Declan Scullion

Declan Scullion along with his wife Sabrina and young family run Willow and Lore Heritage Farm in the Antrim Hills, a small farm raising breeding pedigree four-horn Jacob sheep with developing enterprises in wool, meat and hide production, they also grow flax and willow crops.

As a heritage farm, they raise traditional breeds and crops and adopt heritage farming methods, using vintage machinery and embracing heritage crafts and skills. With the objective of making a sustainable living from a small farm they run an agrotourism farm diversification, welcoming tourists to get hands on with heritage farm experiences.

Their passion for farming sustainably and adopting regenerative practices stems from the clear parallels with traditional farming methods and they are keen to promote this across all activities.
