About Nikki Yoxall
Nikki Yoxall is a dynamic educator, passionate grazier, and first-generation farmer based in northeast Scotland. Alongside her husband, she runs Grampian Graziers, managing cattle across thousands of acres in partnership with local landowners to restore biodiversity and ecological balance. Their 100% pasture-fed beef is sold directly to the local community, rooted in a commitment to ethical, regenerative farming.
As Technical Director at Pasture For Life, Nikki plays a key role in bridging the gap between research and real world farming, ensuring science and farmer experience inform one another. She’s also pursuing a Master’s in Sustainable Food & Natural Resources to deepen her already impressive knowledge.
Nikki sits on the board of NatureScot, is an active voice within the Nature Friendly Farming Network steering group, and is widely recognised for her inspiring, grounded, and thought-provoking presentations.
At Fields Good, Nikki brings her trademark blend of insight and experience to the Plenary Marquee with her talk, “The Science & Art of Grazing”, a deep dive into how smart grazing can transform your soil, forage, and farm system.
