William is a fourth-generation dairy farmer from the north coast near Portrush. William has been working on the 360-acre family farm since 2010. Along with his wife, Alison, they run a milk vending machine and a farm shop. William focuses on soil health by reducing fertiliser, trialling alternative inputs and forage variety,
